I finally went on line at the end of the day, and was informed that the car would not be ready for an additional 2 days!! They hadn't even started to work on my car. I checked updates on line - and it appeared that it remained 'in service all day'. I was told by the service agent that the car would be ready between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. 1) Replace windshield wipers and check fluid 2) Replace air filter I was at the Tesla service center in Agoura Hills, Ca on time in the morning, waiting in a que that stretched down the driveway. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for simple service.
